Movie Review
So guys, it has been released on Netflix. Then came Haseen Dilruba which is the direct sequel of the movie Haseen Dilruba which came in 2002. I have seen it and what a crime thriller movie it is. Let’s talk. Well hello! My name is Ramesh and we will meet again and again. If you say point then I think. This movie really deserves a theatrical release, because when the first part came out, it was one of the best movies in the romantic thriller category at that time and now when the second part has come out, it has also not broken the expectations at all.
The second part has the same strength as the first part and this time the movie has even more twists and turns than the first part. It is a direct sequel to its first part. So it is very important to watch its first part and even if you have not seen it, then a few minutes after the start of the movie, the makers have also put a very interesting recap of the first part with a song which you had also heard in the trailer and seriously very much. That was a great recap. According to the song, it seemed as if the song was made for this movie.
If the credit scene is removed from this movie of two hours and 12 minutes, then it is almost a movie of only two hours and its short timing is what makes this movie so much better. However, many times in this movie one feels that why is this scene happening, perhaps it could have been solved in a shortcut, but everything gets revealed in the climax. Well, story wise, Rishu is now absconding and is trying to get Rani back, but to increase his hurdles, two new characters have come in the movie.
One is Abhimanyu who is in love with Rani and the other is Montu uncle who was killed by Neel i.e. Rishu in the first part. There is also his uncle and the inspector who is after Rishu and Rani to take revenge for Neel’s death. And yes, there is also a fictional character Dinesh Pandit in it who is not actually there but has a big role in the story. If you have seen its first part, you will understand. However, even after everything goes well in the movie, many times you will feel that how is this happening? That means logically some scenes do not seem right.
But according to me it is a movie. In story telling, the situations are created in such a way that you will automatically accept that scene. If you have seen the old movie i.e. its first part, then this part also has almost the same story telling and same kind of twist and climax, due to which it is acceptable as a sequel but the plot and twists were put in the same way as in the old movie. Are. Otherwise, I didn’t find anything wrong with anyone acting wise. Everyone has done an excellent job.
Like the previous movie, Vikrant and Taapsee have done tremendous acting in this too. But what is performance by? Sunny Kaushal plays the role of a psycho kind of lover. His entry in And He Named Jimmy Shergill was good, but his character did not seem that strong. I don’t like extreme vulgar scenes etc. in the movie. Not extremely vulgar, but definitely has kissing scenes and no abuses, a one time watch with some flowers. So this movie is definitely.
