Movie Review
Finally I came to see. After facing major problems in the Hindi dubbed version. What can I say, first it was not released in Hindi and then even though it was released, it got canceled in two theatres. But now I have finally seen it and there was a good crowd at the place where I went to see it. So how is the movie? Let’s talk a little. Hello, my name is Ramesh and we will meet again and again. The movie is of Kolar Gold Fields. Yes, not the famous one. KGF. Chiyaan Vikram is in this KGF story. Where mythological touch has been given in the story.
That too is the story of Sidhi i.e. Common Era i.e. Almost 2.5 100 300 years old. Meaning, it is a very old story in which the main character’s great grandfather also has a back story. Where the local people and the British fall behind while trying to get the gold of Kolar Gold Fields and its sequences have been shown with fantasy and full action. The runtime of the movie is almost two and a half hours, in which we did not even realize how an interval occurred.
The first half is also over. Just came early. What interval? I mean. It’s kind of very fast based movie in first half. The second half is equally fast paced. But. But every fast pace does not mean perfect. Literally in order to fast paste the movie here. Scenes from the movie have been deleted. It seemed as if he had a lot to show. There is a lot to showcase but they are very short of time. It Feels Rushed Out. Because of which the climax part faces difficulty in connecting with the entire film. But on the other hand, we carry the movie on our shoulders because of the natural performance that our Chiyaan Vikram sir was giving.
If brother comes forward, I swear I will hug him tightly, what a brilliant performance he has given. And I specifically went just to see him and his performance. But at the same time, all the actors impressed me a lot, especially the kind of chemistry between him and his wife Ganga Maa, which is naughty on one hand and emotional on the other. Feels very very natural. It seemed as if both of them were really husband and wife. In this, the character of Aarti was quite interesting which was shown from mythological and emotional angle.
But I Felt’s Aarti character should have been explored more. Don’t know why it felt like his character should have had more depth. It’s like it comes and goes. Whereas in its first half you feel that okay the story is over. Now what next? So in the second half, the second chapter starts which continues the story, but cannot compare with the first half. If its first half is out of ten then the second half is six and seven out of turn. Where the climax was not even concluded properly. On top of that, there are CGI animals at some places in the film, there is a snake or a black panther and there is also a buffalo.
It is revealed on the big screen that oh this is fake. I mean VFX CGI, if you feel that it is CGI then its level is not that special. Anyone will know this easily now. Because I watched the show in Hindi dubbed and if I talk about it then I would say that it is decent. The dubbing is not very brilliant and for the first time in actual life, Sanket Mhatre’s voice is not suiting the angle of felt i.e. Chiyaan Vikram’s character, otherwise he develops comfortably in every character. Here, someone with a rough voice, someone with grace in his voice, a voice like a sore voice, would have suited him better.
Otherwise the movie is definitely worth watching. Full of fantasy fiction. The movie is a must watch for the performance of the actors. There is bloodshed, abuses in the film, but it has been beeped. And in the second half, there is a dialogue about the blouse. If you watch it with the family, you might feel awkward. So yes, watching the movie with a broad mind. Overall, the movie gets three point top five stars from me. Bye in the next Blog.
Anyway, see you again with the powerful explanation of the new movie.
